Metropolis BC

On September 12, we hosted our final public event for Metropolis British Columbia. Our funding period ended in March this year and we are completing our life as a research centre. We have a lot to be proud of and to celebrate and our closing event provided an opportunity for that. The day was be structured around four panels, each devoted to one of our main research domains. Each of the panels included a synthetic statement about what we achieved in the 16-year life of RIIM/MBC, plus comments from representatives of our many partner organizations. Each panel also provided time for wider discussion on what we learned, collectively, and what we still don’t know.
